A Notary Public is a public servant
appointed by state government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.
Notaries are needed to deter fraud and to ensure documents are properly executed. An impartial witness
(the Notary) identifies signers to screen out impostors and to make sure they have entered
into agreements knowingly and willingly.
PostalAnnex@Nordahl makes it a point to always have a Notary Public on duty during all
business hours. No need for an appointment, just come in with your documents and ID and
we will help you with your Notary Needs.
Signing Agent
A Notary Signing Agent is a type of notary that specializes
in Loan and Mortgate Documents. While a professional notary can fulfill this same need, a notary with
the Signing Agent designation is sometimes required by some lending/mortgage institutions.
This type of notary is not available at all times in our store
so service is by appointment. You can schedule to meet the Signing Agent at our location, or another
in San Diego that fits your needs, additional charges may apply.

Mobile Notary
The Mobile Notary service is for busy individuals who cant make it to our location for a signing.
A mobile notary meets you at a specific location in San Diego to notarize your documents. Mobile notary service is by appointment
and some additional charges may apply. Please call if
