The confidentiality of our customers' information is of the utmost importance to us. PostalAnnex@Nordahl

Our policy is to treat all files, documents and data submitted by our customers with the utmost care and
confidentiality. As with all electronic transactions, however, the security of your information can never
be 100% guaranteed. As a convenience, all files submitted via Print to PostalAnnex@Nordahl will
remain accessible on our secured servers and be available only to you through your password-protected login.
The files sent to a PostalAnnex@Nordahl store to be printed will be deleted after 48 hours.
These policies and procedures relate not just to the safeguarding of documents and data entrusted to us by
our clients in person and over the Internet, but also to making sure that any information customers
may inadvertently leave on rented computer workstations is deleted as soon as possible.
